Welcome to 2012 at ACTION WAITAKERE! We are looking forward to our busiest year yet, with new teams awaiting us from our break over Christmas. remember you can join a league at any time, you do not have to wait until the new season starts.
Superleague netball is up and running. This is a high level Indoor Netball competition played between Indoor Sports Arenas in ther upper North island, this leads onto the NZ nationals in March. Clubs play against other clubs for the chance to be called Super League Champions in their respective grades. There is even a Mens grade, who would have thought 20 years ago that men would play competitive netball. And it really is a Super League, with at least 4 current Mystics players playing for different arenas, including ours, and quite a few other players from the Netball World Cup that was held not too long ago. We are sending 7 teams to the NZ Indoor Netabll Champs in Auckland in March. Go WAITAKERE!!!!!. Come along to watch some fantastic games. |

| Semis and Finals for Summer Leagues 26/01/2012 13:32:51 |
| Semis start the week of 19th February with finals the following week. As always you play both semis one week and finals the following week, and always on the day you play. Remember only qualified players can play in the semis/finals, so make sure you know who they are, or you risk losing by default if you play an un-qualified player. |

The Autumn leagues start the week of MArch 4th, if you haven't already done so then its time to head Indoors for some fun and exercise.
Our friendly staff are here to help, perfect for people looking to play regular social sports. Come along and trial one of our leagues. We work hard to give you better grading, a clean venue and experienced management and referees. We especially cater for new teams looking to learn the game. Teams pay each week as they play. We dont charge joining fees or have any other hidden costs. Spaces are limited.

Our Sunday league is up and running . Fees are only $39 per team per game. Games are played from late afternoon onwards. Spaces are limited. This is a great way to get the family involved in playing sport together. What a great way to get out of the house on a Sunday afternoon , bring the kids down and make an afternoon of it. A great league for the younger ones to get involved.

We have leagues available for beginners through to advanced players. it is 8 a side and lasts about 70 minutes. Tuesday night is social (great for the ladies) and the Thursday night has some of the best players around playing in it. Fees are only $80 per team, so only $10 per player. We provide 1 ball per innings for every game.
